Here is a new picture of the babies--Taffy at top and Huey at the bottom. This was the first day the breeder had taken them outside. They had just had their first exposure to solid food. Much of it got on their noses and feet. In about five weeks we get to bring them home. We are going to see them again next Thursday. We can hardly wait!
I think I can finish the work on Stinky Wink's grave in the next few days. I believe it has finished settling. The irises are growing so quickly. The mild winter and early spring have really moved them along. My wife and I really missed him today while we were working outside. He was always outside with us, lying close by or "helping" with the gardening chores. I hope the babies turn out to be gardeners.
Stinky Wink, we miss you every day. But I could not wish you back as sick as you were at the end. I know you are healthy now and your spirit is still here with us, waiting to help guide your new brothers in ways we'll never understand or see. And I know you are waiting for the day that we will join you, my besses puppo!

Randy... They are so cute. I can't believe how big Huey is already. When did you decide on the second one? I bet your counting the days until they arrive home. :)
Ohhhhhh, how cute are they?!!!!! Congratulations on your new additions! I can't wait to hear of your adventures....I'm sure Wink is smiling too...
They are adorable and I'm sure, just like twins, they will keep you hopping!
Congratulations...we can't control our losses but I am glad you found 2 lovely babes to love. As others have said Wink will always be there with you! Can't wait to see/hear more:)
Congratulations, Randy! These two little peanuts are just too adorable! When we lose a beloved furkid, there's a big huge hole in your heart that was left but that hole is meant to be filled with a successor (or two!). Wink will always be there with you but a hole left empty continues to hurt....so I'm glad you're filling your heart with Taffy and Huey! We expect lots and lots and lots of pics, too, by the way.
So happy to see you have some new joy in your life and soon will be with you. You have the whole summer to look forward to with your new puppies to have fun and be outside with. Keep us update with the pics. Congratulations on your new babies. Lots of corgi luv comin your way. :)
I am so glad to see these special babies. I have always grieved my lost babies but I honor their memories by getting new babies and enjoy the new and enjoy the wonderful memories.
