Thanks everyone. We also can't wait to have Patti groom him. The people who had him before gapped up his coat something AWFUL! We'll get him trimmed up and let his gorgeous coat grow out like it should. (Can't believe some people. Ugh!)
This is Frankie da Fwuffy! He's in rescue in MO right now. A good corgi buddy and FB friend is keeping him for us until we can travel there to get get him. He's obviously a fluffy cardigan. Apparently, he's been bounced between homes and is a bit mouthy. That, of course, is trainable and I'm hoping to train him to come to work with me. He would be a great ambassador for training classes AND he can be trained to pick things up for me when I drop them. Now that I am in a scooter a majority of the time, that's a handy dandy skill!!
Patti (Corgi Mom) is already planning a play area for the corgis in the back yard. We're going today to price all the materials. And knowing Patti, it will be the best play area in the southeast. Everyone will want into our doggie play place!! And since Patti's a groomer, she'll shape up Frankie's gapped up coat so he can grow out that wonderful fluff!
