Two corgis to rehome

Hi all... We have 2 corgis to rehome. Chloe is a BHT PWC, a yr old and spayed. She's small - maybe 15 to 18 lbs. And she's a blast. We pulled her off Craigslist here from someone who didn't want her with hopes of transporting her to an adoptive home. But when we got her, we found out quickly she was terrified of traveling in the car. We've resocialized her, spayed her, and she's attended my training class. So she's ready for a fur-ever home. Another Rescue

Hey corgi lovers...

DOG BREEDER FRIENDS....NEED SOME ADVICE

Hi everyone!

I have a friend whose dog is being put on the old chicken and rice diet. Vet says they must stay on it. My friend is concerned that this will not give her dog all he needs. Are there certain supplements that should be given on this limited diet to help maintain the dog's health???

Arts & Crafts Fair

Hi everybody,

I have to tell you about our corgi adventure last weekend at the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Fair. It's a BIG fair! The entire center of town is closed down and vendors and artists are everywhere. Well, we decided to take the fur-kids.

Saying Goodbye to a Friend

Hi everyone,

Today is a sad day in our house. Our 14 1/2 year old, Cody, is being sent to the Rainbow Bridge. As you may know, we rescued him from a woman who was going to dump him. He was almost 13, shaved to the skin, filthy. He had been thrown in a back yard with no human contact apart from food thrown to him. Harmony Is Home!!!

Our Little Man

Hi gang...

We've had a time with Cody (our 14 y.o.) over the past few days. Somehow, and we haven't figured out how, he was bitten by a snake. Now Cody doesn't go outside. He's not as nimble as the other dogs. His back feet knuckle under and he's quite deliberate when he does walk, so we keep a tight watch on him. Well...I noticed the other night his eye was swelling. Saying Good-bye to Rudy

Hi everyone. I have some sad news to share. We had to have Rudy euthanized.

Lately, he's taken to attacking us (me in particular) and the other dogs. We knew when we took him into our home that he had some very real problems with aggression. And we had high, high hopes we could help him to find a more peaceful life. But...

Cody's Getting Happy!

A New Addition... (yes, we're insane)...

We have a new addition to the family: Cody the BHT. Cody is 13 years old. His owner came to PetSmart yesterday and said she was looking for a home for him and she didn't want to "mess with him anymore." All of her answers to questions about him were curt and without emotion. After I got over being shocked and wanting to punch her lights out, I told her we'd take him.
