It's been a long, long time since I've visited mycorgi.com, and even longer still since I posted about starting my search for a puppy back in May 2013. I never did hear back from that breeder, but long story short, we now have an eight week old red & white PWC named Shanks.
We picked him up last night and today's the first full day he's spent at his new home. It's been interesting getting to know the little guy. It definitely seems to be a period of adjusting, but I hope we get to know each other well sooner than later. He did throw up today, but I think (and hope) that may be from the stress of moving--it took an hour long airplane flight and an hour long car ride to get him home yesterday. He was energetic immediately after and has been napping since, but he is still licking his lips quite a bit. I've been feeding him the puppy food our breeder sent us according to his directions--about 1/2 cup kibble with 1/2 cup warm water to soften, mixed with 1 tsp plain yogurt twice a day. I'm considering feeding him some boiled chicken and rice later--please don't hesitate to share your thoughts on this.
Anyway, I'm excited to be an active member of mycorgi.com again :) Any tips and advice on training and everything corgi related (especially in regards to his vomiting) would be much appreciated!

He is adorable!
Thanks so much for the feedback! He seems to be doing much better now :)
As long as his poops are still looking okay I would just stick with the kibble for now, personally.
