New kitty

We recently lost our October to mammary cancer. She was only 9. :[ We were prepared, though, so we are sad and mourning but it was not surprising or unexpected, which makes it easier to deal with. We got a new little girl, named Jeannie (pronounced "genie") and she is so good! She's very confident and outgoing, AND SO ACTIVE, but not destructive. Very loving. She and Waffle are going to be great friends, I can tell.

Waffle is actually a little afraid of her, but he's getting more and more used to her running up and touching him. Hopefully soon they will be able to play chase.
