Good morning all well an update re the selling of our Home and pending move to acreage!. Well our first open house was last weekend Saturday 4.30am came it was up early the dogs were put in the car ready for their day at the Hospital with Paul it was then putting the finishing touches to the house as the open house was to be @ 3.00 to 3.30pm. Well today is the 2nd open house 4.30am start again Boys off to the hospital for the day they love going and the patients and staff look forward to them coming!. We were to exchange on the new property last Monday 2pm Paul has held off as if the Castle Hill house does not sell before September we lose our deposit of 0.5 % and if we fail to sell our house in time we are up for 0.25% of the purchase price of "Tiverton" Paul said the risk was too great! and we don't want bridging finance!.So when we exchange on our Castle Hill home and if "Tiverton" is still on the market it was meant to be and if not something better will come along!.

I'm a firm believer in if something is meant to be it will happen if not it's not meant to be!. "Tiverton" ticked 4 of the 5 boxes of our wish list of a property the 5th being no swimming pool but we can always put one in down the track!. Will keep you updated!.
