Hi All well the latest update is we exchanged contracts on our house  late Friday June 21st we are going thru the 10 business day cooling off period which effectively started Monday June 24th and ends at 5pm Friday July 5th!. Normally it is only 5 business days but a lot of the time an extra 5 is requested. Last Thursday June 27th we had the building & pest inspections done we passed with a good report!. It has been a very stressful time for Paul & I the real estate agent has been a handful but as long as we get a sale I suppose that's all that matters!. The prospective owners are a 4th generation family from China moving here in early August. We had to chuck all our furniture in accept 1 bed the Antique furniture Paul's art collection 2 LCD TV's our personal effects ,clothes, the dogs!. We had to do it to get our price and a sale!.

Next question do we have a house to move to?. Yes if the sale goes thru!. a Beautiful 6 Bedroom 2 storey Georgian Style Home on 3.5 acreage in Kurrajong Hills the home is known as Langi Dorn the owners built it 20 years ago as a B&B.  if you google images of Langi Dorn you will see some pictures!. I hope this all works out as Paul's stress level is thru the roof and I'm not far behind him!!! LOL will keep you all posted!.
