So, Spring break is all finished and I visited with Waffle for a lot of it. My boyfriend came to visit and he saw Waffle, too. Waffle was initially afraid of my bf's hat, but got over it real fast. The other puppies were completely fine with the hat, though... until I tried to put it on them. Lol! I saw Nessie being a huge brat... if I was touching something, she wanted it. Once she got it, she didn't care. I just wasn't allowed to have it. Waffle is all healed up and glad to be out of ICU. Unfortunately, his brother, Blaine, is in it now because he got sideswiped pretty hard by one of the other puppies. So, he's got something similar to whiplash, more or less. I sat next to his cage, and whenever I moved away, he would whine and whine until I came back. Aaw, poor guy. He's probably bored as hell in that pen. I let him play with some of Waffle's toys and it made him happy. D'aw.
I want to bring Waffle home on my birthday, May 18. School ends May 12, and it's one long painful stretch until then. Aggh!
No doodles this blog, just a photo. :] That's Blaine in the background. (Too busy with packing and homework to doodle tonight!)
Speaking of doodles, thanks everyone for the suggestions. I looked at Cafepress and Zazzle and decided on a Zazzle account. I've made note of the request for cardi art, too. When I get everything straightened out and have some good designs, I'll post a link.
OH one last thing: When I lay on the floor, Waffle comes over and puts his neck on my face and rolls around. Any idea what this is about? It's so funny and I'm just curious. When I lay on the floor face-down, he sticks his snout under my neck and tries to drown me in kisses--which is also funny and a bit of a curioisty.
