This is Solomon's first week in our home where we had to leave him in order to go to work.  My husband and I had talked seriously about crating him, I was for it and he was against it!   I felt that we should for his safety and my husband said no because that would also be confining him.  I relented with some trepediation.  I stressed the entire day at work.  On top of that we were forcasted with major storms.  I was afraid that when we got home I would have no couch!  By the time we made it home yesterday I was in a freakin panic.  The rain was coming down in sheets, I made it to the door, drenched, snatched it open and there was a scared little corgi with his ears down!  My "Bruiser" was scared of the thunder and I still had a couch!!!  Watching him has been so much fun to learn and grow with my little corgi.  We have watched for signs of depression because he suddenly lost his pack of 18 corgis.  He seems to have adjusted well and we are trying to fill that missing void with lots of love and attention.

His latest trick was so funny last night.  He has decided that he is going to chew on his rawhide bone at night after Mommie and Daddy go to bed.  When he chews it he gets silly and throws it in the air over his back while he grins!  We had gone to sleep and we hear this loud thumping.  My husband and I sit straight up in the bed and wonder if someone is breaking in, are we being robbed?  Nope its Silly Solomon throwing the rawhide in the air and letting it hit the hard wood floors!!!!  Gotta love him.
