So, I was sitting on my favorite chair in my patio, enjoying the early morning with my Pupsters when I see an old truck drive really close to my fence (my house is a corner lot and I have an alley way next to one side of my house).  I thought this "man" was going to try to get figs out of my tree that hangs over my fence.  Little did I know that he was about to throw something out of the back of his truck hard against my fence.

I proceeded to yell at him as he drove off like a bat-out-of-hell!  I heard this whimpering so I opened my gate and looked down the alley.  I saw this little bundle in the middle of the alley so I called to him.  He ran as fast as he could and jumped into my arms.  OMG I felt so bad for this little guy.

I already have 4 Corgis but I just couldn't leave him out there all by himself.  He was shivering so I brought him into my yard.  The other Pupsters had to sniff him all over for approval and once that was done, they took off chasing each other and playing like they've always known each other.  This little guy was so at home I couldn't turn him out.

How can people be so uncaring?  If they don't want puppies they need to neuter or spay their dogs and in this guy's case, he shouldn't even be allowed to have dogs.

I took him to my Vet and she told me he was about 3 - 3 1/2 mths old.  She couldn't quite tell what breed he is.  She said he looks like he'll be a small dog whatever he is. . .lol

Oh, I haven't told you his name.  My brother named him PEANUT. I asked him how did you come up with that name?  He said, "look at him, he looks like a giant peanut". . . .LOL

So here's Peanut. . . .

Awww maybe there was a tiny bit of humanity in that he did it by your house. Peanut is a cutie and I can not imagine how grateful he is to have someone care.

Wow!  Peanut is a very lucky guy!  Thankfully that creep decided to dump Peanut at your house!  You and your pack all have very big and generous hearts!!!

Peanut looks a little like my rescue Diggory who we think is a rat terrier mix.  In any event, he certainly was lucky to find you, even if he was unwanted and thrown away.  May your corgi crew and Peanut too have many years of happy romping and tail wagging!
