Lilo is still okay, thank you so much for asking. Today is day #13 since my other 2 died, so it looks like she is my little miracle girl! PARVO FREE!!! :)

the dirt is completely my fault, he knew it and glared at me extra hard during his bath. I purposely threw the ball in the muddiest part of the yard.

I was just going online to let you know I finally got Maddie in the profile pic! Yes, it was hard. Someone kept moving or putting ears down. Jack thought he should walk towards me and Maddie didn't really want to sit; I think she thought she should "stack up" for the camera. And thanks for your comments on my photos of the two of them in the living room. Maddie will just adapt to suit the mood of her people; she's ready to play if we are, ready to walk if we are, and ready to relax if we are. But Jack is always ready for a game, and whenever you try to do anything he's grabbing that tennis ball! The two toys in his mouth is typical for him; one just is not enough. I always felt Jack would have been a great working farm dog if he was raised for it, since he's always ready to go! Maddie on the other hand is the ideal pet.

Corgi hugs back at you! Have a great day. It's finally sunny in S. CA. We've had a lot of rain, which can bring a Corgi down in the dumps. Today will put a smile on Lucy's face and mine.

Just wanted to tell you what a way with words you have and how much I enjoy reading your comments. You have a great big heart and it always comes through. You often express what I feel but can't quite put into words. Your responses to people that have lost their pets to illness, old age, are always so comforting and real.

Thanks Bev, but Chester was 13. He had had diabetes for about 18 months and was losing the use of his back legs. I miss him so very much, but I take comfort knowing that I gave him a wonderful life and all the love I could. :o)

Blizzard thinks the yard is his personal snow cone! I'm glad to hear someone else's Corgi eats snow too! =)
