Carol...Thank you for the gift. Riley and I appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Have you pulled or cut all the nasties from your yard? Make sure you get all the seed heads that fall off...they will make new plants and your dogs could pick them up in their feet. Did you read about John wolff's recent experience with foxtail. Lots of foxtail in Seattle...I think it was Gwynnie, picked up a couple of seeds one being between her pads...Yikes!!!

Thanks for your comments. The photo was of our sweet Buffy that died of liver failure at only 6. My visiting father-in-law was embarrassed when we took walks and people laughed so he made the sign. It did not bother me, Buffy loved the ride and people were so nice to her. She actually could walk a little but had hip dysplasia and 2 torn CL's towards the end thus the stroller. Because of her liver problems she could not undergo surgery. I figure if people do not understand, it is their loss because I am the lucky recipient of so much corgi love! Your Odie looks like he had a great life too. They leave such a large footprint!

We try to keep it out of our yard by cutting or pulling it up before it flowers, dries and starts blowing around. If you can get the seed heads before they are ripe it will minimize your pups exposure and won't reseed in your yard. From what I have read about it is nasty stuff nothing to mess around with for the dogs sake !

Carol...type foxtail grass in the search bar, there are a couple of comments on both grasses. Pictures were posted of both, you might find the pics there, too.
I knew I was misspelling Betadine, but I was too lazy to get up and go check the label :)

Hahah flowers??!! Too funny! Lucky sure showed that Dr. who the real smart one was! hahah Cheese whiz huh? I wonder if I could use that in Conan's kong. The stuff they sell at petsmart for the Kong is so expensive. I'm sure he would love the cheese whiz, he'll eat anything but my bf is so anal about what we give Conan. I tell him Conan eats better than us! hahah

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. I wished we lived closer as well, Conan could always use more Corgi buddies. Haha well maybe your next photo shoot you should try having one person taking the picture with you holding the treats. When I've tried taking picture's of Conan and other dogs it never works there is always one of them who gets out of place haha its so funny and my boyfriend just thinks i'm ridiculous hahah.

Funny - I don't notice the ears half as much as the teeth! He is funny though - acts so brave and ferocious but then runs back to me if he's worried. I need to try to get a video of him running - everything "Flops" Ears & feet everywhere! Didn't realize Lucky had IVDD - have you looked at the webpage for IVDD in dachshunds? Lots of encouragement! Tell Lucky to hang in there - Corgi's are tough guys!

Hi! Yes, DiMaggio has more black but no black saddle...he's a beautiful mixture of all three colors. It's something that most people comment on right away.

Hi! I noticed your comment about Sonny being a sable not a tri. Take a look at my photos of DiMaggio. I was told he is a tri, but now I'm wondering....

Hi Carol Thanks so much for the welcome. Happy to be on this site with other corgi lovers. When i have time will get some pics up.We now have 3mo. old Gracie, won't replace Ginny, but nice to have a pup again. Whats happened to your one that uses the cart. My older one Wrangler might eventually have to get one.

Thanks for the welcome Carol. I just read your profile and I just want to say I am so in awe at you and your babies. What you have overcome and the love you showered upon your babies is so awesome. For them I want to say thank you for being there for them. What a special family!
As for my two... Callie and Cooper are truly sister & brother in that they have the same mother just different fathers. There is a couple years between them. As for the poor cat I'm not sure what keeps him from running away from home due to Cooper. They have such a love hate relationship....sometime I'd like to hang Cooper up by his ears to get him to quit tormenting Harley. Anyway thanks again for the welcome and the nice comments about my babies. All the best Lori

I just stopped by the pet store and the food I feed Noodles is called Diamond Lite. It is their lamb and rice formula. Noodles really likes it. Sorry it took me so long to answer you back.

I wish I could bring them to school with me, but no such luck! However, all of my students get to know them through the many photos and stories I tell them about their corgi antics.

Thanks for the "Welcome" Carol, I've had baby corgi boys before - I just forgot how "enthusiastic" they are! I can't wait for the weather to cool off some so we can go on longer walks and spend more time at the barn - the little bat earred terrorist needs a lot more exercise! Can't decide if I should let him roast outside or strangle him inside ;) He's my little buddy so I just laugh at his antics, have another drink and pray for October!

Thank you for the welcome! Yeah that snake was his favorite toy when he came home the first night. Now his favorite toy changes daily. I get a sense that corgis don't understand the concept of whats "too big" haha. Your corgis are beautiful with a wonderful background story for both of them.

Thanks for the welcome. I put Hannah's picture up when she was 5 weeks old. I took her home to live with me 2 weeks after this picture was taken.
