Hey everybody! I am super super excited about the 365 day calendar, but it looks like Sam is having trouble getting enough photos. Let's all help out and send in some more photos!!
Here's the link to Sam's discussion about photo qualifications. Who wouldn't want their corgi in the calendar over and over and over again??!!! Send in ALL your good photos today!! We don't want Sam to have to resort to PLAN B!!!!

Jan 18 UPDATE FROM SAM:
Okay folks, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now, thank you so much for submitting photos to MyCorgi.com, I have more than enough for the calendar now, so please give me sometime to sort them out.
Considering tomorrow is my B day, I will not be working on the project at all, so the earliest I can post a final list for the 365 is Friday. As far as printing goes, it should take about a month (1K-3K will be printed), so the 365 calendar will start with the month of March / April and end on 2013 March / April.
Again, thank you for all the awesome photos, it’s been a joy to work on this project :)
Jan 23rd UPDATE FROM SAM:
Here are the finalists. I will post pre-order info end of this month. Thank you :)
(see page 14 of this discussion for the photo list)
Jan 27 UPDATE FROM SAM:
Okay, all the photos went through the photoshop process, we've done some in photo home renovation / decluttering, clearing stray leaves, removed all commercial branded logos...etc. We are currently waiting on several commercial printer's feedback, once all the kinks have been worked out, I'll release the pre-ordering information, hopefully sometime next week.
Due to good business practice, we've decided to change "project 365" calendar dates to Jan - dec 2013 (not release date). I know this change will disappoints a lot of you (myself included), but our main objective for all project is to raise a good amount of funding for rescues. So in order to accomplish that goal, we need very good sales, and the result will determine if there will be another 365 project in the future. I sincerely apologize for the date shift, project 365 is still a go and it's happening.
So what about those who missed the 12 month calendar and the 365 project? Have no fear, I will release the details for project "plan B" and project "edu" in the coming months. Project "Plan B" will have a launch date of xmas 2012, Project "edu" will have a tentative date of spring 2013. Stay Tuned!

I am thoroughly confused too. But, that's my natural state, haha!
Hi Andrea, it's quite complicated to explain, a smaller colour range will require less MB, the same photo in black and white will result in smaller MB. Beside MP and MB, there's also dpi, most computer images are 72 dpi, in order for me to print, it'll need to be converted to 300 dpi, since these are not common knowledge, I take care of it on my end and only require the submission to be high in MB, the closer it is to 5MB, the better chance that it'll meet printing requirement. I try to not go into further details to complicate / confuse everyone :p
Do you still want/need photos? I just sent a couple more in since I wasn't sure if you still needed any (they should be ok on size/dimensions).
LMAO. I felt the same when I read his help. It was all Greek to me. I gave up. Poor Sam, he must be pulling out whatever hair he has left.
I did better when I didn't have the knowledge of MB and pixels etc. Lol
My pictures all made it for the calendar, but when I went to submit more nothing seemed to qualify!
Go figure, hahaha
I never sent a photo for the calendar. Now I'm glad! I couldn't choose just one, esp. owning 2 Corgis. But none of them would have qualified. I am now the proud owner of 3 Corgi calendars and I love them just the same w/ or w/o my own corgis pictured.
Hmmm... I read the 5MB limit as a max size as well so I made sure to get them under 5MB, and the pics I sent both made it in.
I'm still hoping this calendar will happen! :)
Me too!!!
I have a feeling the recent photos I sent in were not good enough... :(
Hopefully everyone else has had better luck! :)
I just figured out if I scanned one of my favorite photos I can change the settings that way.
Hopefully that helps!
@Andrea - veddy interesting, haha. but, unfortunately I don't print my photos. my house is over-run with old photos, so since switching to digital cameras, I just email them to friends. Can't remember when I last printed a photo. But, maybe I better start if I want Lucy and Ricky included in the 365-day calendar. I have no hope of getting them in any other calendar because I take such awful photos and don't read the manuals. I'm hopeless. Thanks so much for the scanning suggestion.
