My male got very sick twice from acorns.  Lots of harsh stomach issues from over indulging!  Try to make her STOP!  There is, according to our vet, an acid compound in them that irritates the stomach lining.....LOTS of thowing up.

My male gets loose stools or diarrhea after eating just one or two acorns.  My female can eat a scattered one here or there with no ill effects; she's one of those dogs with a cast-iron stomach.  I would not let her loose with acorns.  If you are walking or hiking through an area with lots, leash her up tight.  In wild areas, the deer and turkeys and squirrels will soon clear up the problem for you.

If it's your yard, you'll have to clean them all up and don't let her loose until they're gone.
