On June 1st my hubby and I found out some very exciting news...we found out we were expecting our first child! Our due date is February 9th 2010. Once I hit about the 2 month mark of pregnancy Chloe started being a lot more cuddly with me. She was a little bit before the pregnancy, but now she seeks me out and stays near me for much longer than she used to. Thank you all for your prayers, comments and good thoughts! They were certainly needed. Last night was very tough for us not having our little girl home. I shed a lot of tears. Knowing you all were praying was a huge comfort though.



We just visited her at the pet hospital this evening and the vet said that she felt Chloe would fully recover as she hasn't shown any signs of poisoning all day. It was sooooo very good to hear that! However they will still do a kidney/blood test tomorrow… Continue

We were having a wonderful time while visiting my parents for the 4th of July. As usual we had brought our bubbly pup Chloe with us. On Saturday night my dad had let us know that he had been having issues with skunks (they live in the country) and that he had set out some antifreeze to try to poison them.
