My other half usually finishes work at 7 and is home at about 7.15, at 7.10 the dogs go and sit in front of the door and watch it like its made of bacon until he comes home. How do they know that its 7.10? It is always 7.10 when they go and sit in front of the door, never 7.00, never 7.05, always 7.10. I can only assume that corgis can tell time! Anyone elses corgis tell time too?

Oh they can definitely tell time, I just wish that they would understand the time change in the fall. For months after they want to be fed at the old time.
Mine wake up at 5:45 every day, 10 minutes before the alarm clock goes off.  They just know.  It's not so bad during the work week, but during the weekend it's super annoying.

OMG--yes!   Let's see, the morning routine is that the hubby gets up at 4:30, let's his GSD out of his crate, goes takes a shower - the rest of the cardigan crew filing in and laying by the shower.  Once he's dressed, the rest of the house wakes up and the first wave goes out to romp and what not.  Now get this-my son's collie who sleeps with him downstairs-doesn't stir.  He sleeps late and doesn't let her out till 8--which, she's snoring right beside while the rest of the world is going to work.  Weekends, don't even move a muscle-one breath, sigh or flip in bed, after 5am, means the dogs start bouncing on the beds.  Sleeping in is 6am.

Evenings-around our house, feeding time is around 8ish.  So the person sitting in the magical blue chair is in charge and when they say-"okay" it's chaos time.  And they don't move until it's 8pm-you say that word or get out of the chair before than and they look at you like you are stupid and lay their heads back down. Daylight savings time plays hell on them!

YES! Franklin goes to bed every night at 9 pm. Never fails, 9 comes around and he disappears into my room to snooze. Also, I take him for his daily run around 11 every day. As soon as it gets close to 11 he starts bugging me like crazy until we leave.
o yes teddy can tell time. he knows that my husband gets home at 4on the week days and knows when i am coming home. he always sits in front of the door waiting at that exact time i get off or when my hubby does. he also knows that 5pm is his dinner time. at exactly 5 he goes to his food bag and stares at me until i feed him

They definitely can! At exactly 7 am each morning gets up and goes to our couch to wait for breakfast.  He comes to work with us Mon-Sat. and at exactly 6pm when we close he is ready to go home.  If we happen to stay longer he starts to complain.  His dinner is at 7pm and if you are late he will let you know.  Lay in front of his bowl or find you and push you.  He makes sure not to miss a meal!  At exactly 10:30pm Enzo just disappears into our room to go to sleep.  Throughout the day everything is exactly on time, amazing that it is exact everyday.

On occasions that Enzo and I stay home, at exactly 6:15 he will be by our sliding glass doors waiting for my husband to get home.  If he happens to be late Enzo will eat and go for walks but go right back to waiting at the doors until his bedtime.
