Corgis come in all shapes and sizes, so I wouldn't worry about her weight.  :)  Mine is one-and-a-half years old and is sitting at about 21-22lbs.  That's just how big she's going to be.  As long as she doesn't look or feel underfed, I wouldn't worry about it.

Exactly, you shouldn't be able to see her ribs, but you should be able to feel them.

Basil didn't fill out until he was 2 1/2 yrs...and he's still on the slim side.  My vet says he's very healthy, so I don't worry about it.

You should be able to see a slight "waistline" behind her ribcage if you look down at her back while she is standing up. Corgis are terribly prone to back problems and being overweight is no good for that. Sophie is nearly 8 years old and weighs between 22 and 23 pounds, but she has a small frame compared to many corgis. I never realized just how small until we went to a corgi picnic this summer. I think she was the second smallest one there, after a little puppy!

I had to increase Sage's food at about 18 months as she was too skinny. It's more about how her ribs feel. Sage now is perfect at 25-26 pounds.

Not too skinny. Looks great!
