I am getting Taste of the Wild to send me some samples, how do you decide which one of their products to feed your corgi?  Is it a matter of their taste? And can someone tell me why they are better than say.....Hills Science Diet, Iams, Eukanuba or Chicken soup for the Dog Lovers Soul?  Any suggestions or opinions would be appreciated greatly!!!

Go to Dog Food Advisor .It will give you all the info you need. I use Taste of the Wild but I know others that use Chicken Soup. My personal opinion is to stay away from corn.
If you look on the TOTW website the different formulas do vary somewhat in protein level and calories. For example the High Prairie is 32% protein versus the Sierra Mountain which is 25%. Some dogs can't handle the higher protein in the richer foods, but if you work your dogs or are very active it might be a good choice. As far as why it's better...I personally don't like to feed foods with corn and by-products as the main ingredients. Yes a dog can live on it, but since I have a choice I'd rather feed them something better.
Hi Debra, check the FAQ, pay attention to recalls and don't fixated on brands.
Thanks so much for the advice, I will read and decide.  If he is moderately exercised then I should feed him the lower protein, thats what I am understanding.  And most importantly I too would love to make sure that he is not eating anything that has empty calories in it or the corn filler.  Chloe has such bad skin alergies from corn and I was not as educated with her.  Thanks again.....I will be doing some reading!!!
