all day Saturday my poor teddy was very very sick. he couldnt keep anything down so i waited until 24 to give him any food but made sure he was getting his water. on Sunday he was back to his old self. ever two hours i feed his 2 tablespoons of chicken and rice and it did the trick. yesterday i wasnt going to take him to the lake but he wasnt hearing it! he brought me his leash, green mesh harness and sat by the door. when i asked if he wanted a walk he gave me this odd look, so i asked, "do u wanna go to the lake to chase the ducks?" i have never seen him jump and wiggle so much.
well this morning i woke up to another pile of puke, this time it had pieces of a stick and whole carrots. i gave him carrots the Friday before he got sick. they were un digested and hard like rocks. i just couldnt believe that! he has always had carrots as a snack and i have never had a problem.
so i am going to warn u all, BE CAREFUL with carrots. even when he chewed them they didnt digest. i know there was pieces of stick in there too but he had a piece stuck in his mouth from fetching them in the water so i guess he figured he just swallow it

Actually, I find that large quantities of fiber-full foods (Edison's favorite kind, unfortunately) tend to make poor Edison throw them up in a puddle of yellow bile. I think there is only so much fiber that one corgi can handle at a time.

Rocky and Rosie eat baby carrots all the time and love them. They have never had a problem with them. You might see little tiny orange colored pieces in their poop, but not many and not often. I would look to something else besides carrots for his problems. I would be betting more on the stick or some bug he picked up at the lake rather than carrots.
Glad you found the problem:) I also cut mine in small pieces.
Glad you're feeling better Teddy!
