Not sure but my guess is she was put down. She was still on Petfinder as of late Monday, and is no longer listed anywhere on Petfinder so I do not think another rescue picked her up. It is so very sad that this happens!

She is now listed on petfinder through a rescue in Long Valley, NJ.  The listing says that she is arriving in NJ from SC on Friday, June 24.  Apparently, Freedom Horse Inc.  stepped in to have her pulled and transported.

 

Three huge cheers to Freedom horse Inc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

That is so great to hear!! So glad that there are Awesome groups out there that step in and help out these wonderful dogs. Hopefully she will find a great furever home in NJ.

Ohhh, thanks so much for the update.....that was really weighing heavy on my mind and I felt bad that I did not drive up there and get her.  It would have only taken me around an hour to go and get her.  I am so glad that she is going somewhere where they came maybe find her a forever home!!!!!!!  A BIG hoorah for Freedom Horse Inc.

I'm so glad to hear that. I was afraid to look, cause i know it would bring tears to my eyes, but now i have happy tears. Hope she finds a home soon.
