Kitsie hurt her back. Just got home from the vet & they gave her Rimadyl & Tramadol. We're to ice her back today and heating pad tomorrow. No corgi picnic and no dog park or day care for a week. We're soo bummed!! Have fun today you guys!!

I have been out of town the past couple of days - Sheldon has been at the doggie sitter - HE LOST HIS VOICE!  He will be the quietest one there tomorrow unless it comes back overnite - LOL

I am so bummed. There's a nasty awful being passed around my office, and it looks like I have caught it. I have lousy timing. PLEASE, take lots of pictures tomorrow.

I'm awfully late reporting what I'll be bringing, but I will have a couple of big batches of cookies, choc chip oatmeal, and maybe white choc macadamia, or similar.  I'll make up my mind for sure when I get home from work today :)  I've been looking forward to this for weeks now!

so, they transferred mom over to the nursing home today and about 2 hours later, she had a seizure and went back to the hospital. not long after she got to the ER, she had another seizure. according to this doctor, she had a concussion from her nasty fall weekand a half ago. they also ended up x-raying her left leg yesterday and found out she had chipped a piece of bone when she fell. and to think, that ER doctor on the night of her big fall wanted to send her home the same night. i will be off the the admin. office of the hospital on monday to lodge a huge complaint. i have a feeling that she may not come home. so, tina, can you call me at 494-6598 on friday. if we can hook up, i would like to get you the veggies and dip i was going to bring, since i won't be at the picnic. it's just too far away for me to be with all that is going on. if there were an emergency, i would have that 3 hour drive. i can also say, that with all that has been happening, i am exhausted to no end. so, i am sorry i won't be there to meet you all, but i am wishing all to have fun and enjoy the day. i already to andrea that she has to call me and fill me in on everything.

Also, just a note, when you get to the dog park, follow the road all the way to the end--it will go right and up a hill--the small dog enclosure will be at the top of the hill.

ok, the food list is growing longer. if i don't respond to you, i have you on the list. mom got out of the hospital saturday after her fall a week ago monday. well, she's back in there and will be transfered to a nursing home probably tomorrow for a while. so, i have been dealing with that. i will be there saturday. i really need a break from all that has been going on. will post total list tomorrow. i am going to get some rest tonight. sounds like it is going to be a great get-together.
