Hi Flicker, the Firday before we should be able to work something out, I can always leave work for a while (since I'm the boss and on a salary it's pretty flexible) and back on Sunday would be perfect.  I was kind of dreading trying to do all of that in one day!  Church service is 10:15 - 11:15, 11:30 or so, Someone is usually there before 8 am.  You can always join us in church that day if you'd like!

Thank you so much Becky!! That is some awesome news! Would the Friday before the picnic be ok to pick them up? I usually take the day off of work that Friday to organize any loose ends, so anytime that day is fine by me. As for returning them, I can do anytime as well. If you need them back that Saturday night, I can go right from the picnic to the church, or I can do Sunday as well--whatever works for you guys that won't interrupt your church service. :)

Hi Flicker, all set on the tables and chairs, we'll just have to coordinate when to pick them up, etc. but at least that way you don't have to rent them  Becky

You should be ok. Just as vicky said, just make sure you keep your pack order in line. You/People --> Older dog --> New puppy. Corgi's tend to be very jealous dogs, but as long as you make it clear that you are boss and that you give attention equally, everything should be fine. The only downside to adding a new Corgi is now instead of splitting that sandwich in half, you now have to split it into 3rds. :P

SOMETIMES 2 GIRLS WON'T GET ALONG AND SOMETIMES 2 BOYS WON'T GET ALONG. IF THE NEW ONE IS A PUPPY......... YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. BEFORE YOU BRING HOME THE NEW ONE, SEE IF THEY CAN PUT A LITTLE TOWEL WITH THE PUP YOU ARE GETTING AND GET THAT PUP'S SCENT ON IT AND BRING IT INTO YOUR HOME AND LEAVE WHERE YOUR OLD ONE WILL FIND IT. PRAISE HER ALOT. SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. JUST MAKE SURE YOU GIVE THE OLD ONE LOADS OF ATTENTION WHEN YOU BRING THE NEW ONE HOME. GIVE HER A TREAT FIRST, GIVE HER PETS FIRST UNTIL SHE STARTS SETTLING IN WITH THE NEW ONE.

JUST NOTICED I HAVE MY CAPS ON.. SORRY......... JUST KEEP THE OLD GIRL AS THE NUMBER ONE DOG IN THE HOUSE.......  HOPE THIS HELPS. I HAVE MALES AND IT'S ABOUT THE SAME....

Hi Flicker, on the tables I just need to check with the Trustees and make sure there isn't anything else already scheduled that they would need them for, I'll let you know next week.

Hi, Zippy! Welcome to the group. It's been so cold that we haven't been to KKC park lately, have you? Hope you are keeping warm. Maybe we'll see you around once things warm up a little bit. If the weather cooperates, we are planning on going to the picnic this year. Last summer it was too hot for Sophie--- didn't want to risk a heat-induced seizure. We'll keep an eye out for you at doggie events before then! Did you see the pix I posted here of the girls?
