November is not good for me. have dog shows that month and will be gone for like 10 days and both dogs will be with me. heading down to Ixionia first then off to Illinois then off to Gray Summet, MO. then home. then a few days after I get home, Joker is off to his handlers for a show weekend in Illinois. and, there might be another reason why November won't be good, but can't say any more for now.. don't worry, it's a good thing. I hope you can get enough for a small get together but I think we are pretty much tied up til spring.......... I love to see so many dogs that have never met, run and play together like they did at the picnic. Old man Jack pooped himself out.

Chris............. did the demanding one have 4 feet by any chance? I have that same problem all the time and it's usually for no reason. He comes over and "grumps" at me just for a cookie. Still trying to figure out who has who trained.......

I hit send before I was finished; SOMEONE who shall remain nameless was demanding my attention. Even a meet up at Lapham Peak or somewhere in Kettle Moraine would be good. Just an idea.

We'd be interested in a small, unofficial get-together somewhere --schedules permitting. November might work this year. Where is Minooka Park?

There is a doggie parade on Brady Street in MKE tomorrow (10/6/13) at 11:00 a.m.(I think). There is an entry fee, which serves as a donation to the Humane Society, as I understand it. We may go if weather permits; we are all stir crazy after today's nasty weather.
A meeting in fall or spring would be of interest to us; Sophie can't tolerate really hot weather (triggers seizures) and I won't put her through that. As long as it's not wet and rainy, we'd go if schedules permit. We don't mind dry and cold at all.

hey Jamie............. I live up in green bay. I don't mind traveling, but it all depends on when. am planning a trip early spring and a lot depends on dog shows. might be a little different show season for me this next year. otherwise, I will keep I in mind. thanks again for sending me the information..............

We'd be able to meet up on a weekend day. That was our first time at the corgi picnic and at that particular park. We'd love to go again.

Jamie.. thank you so much. want to track her down and just couldn't find where I wrote her name. but, the way my living room was looking at that time, who knows..... thanks again.......... did you enjoy the basket. I am already starting on next years. mostly trying to come up with ideas. have a couple in mind and a whole lot of blank space to go with those. take care.............. and as for meeting up, I know I am like 3 hours away so it's not always easy for me to get down there. I would have to get a room again........ but it's not a bad idea......

can either of the people that won either the Pembroke basket or the Cardigan basket please let me know the name of the author that signed the 2 books that were in those baskets. I can not find where I put it. thanks so much...........

We had planned on it, but Sophie twinged her back again and is having a slow day. It's just lying around the house for us today. That's okay with me.... There is another pet parade in MKE next weekend, but I can't remember where! If I come across it, I'll post a message.
