Hi I just moved to Chicago from NYC where I was head of the NYC Corgi club. What's the meetup scene like here? I can have a meetup in my backyard at Logan Square, or at the dog beach at Gilson?

We adopted the male from Nancy and highly recommend her pups! Niles is a nice drive from Chicago and makes for a great day trip to visit MI wine country, antique stores and the orchards. Her dogs are very well cared for and the "parents" are sweet, bright and spunky. I want to help them place the last pup! Please pass the word along to corgi lovers.

Has anyone here spent any time at the dog beach in Wilmette? And do your corgis like to swim, Wimbledon was not a happy boy his first bath but we are hoping that he will eventually love the water.

I'm NOT a Chicago corgi owner but had to join to post :) I'm a FORMER Chicagoan, who is going to be visiting for the last two weeks of May. Any corgi get-togethers there? :) I'll be missing our usual one in CA..... and Frodo the cardi would love to meet some more corgis!

Hey if any of you chicago corgis are taking a trip to galena anytime soon there is a huge park by freeport il for you to stop at on the way there so your corgi can potty and play

Any new meet-ups planned? We couldn't make it to the one in March, but I saw the video Kelly took. It looked so fun! I'm really hoping another one is planned soon because we definitely want to be there.
