We found Jenny, our Pembroke Welsh Corgi mix, on Petfinder.com, and adopted her from Chicago Canine Rescue. Her mother, Trisket, came to the rescue and gave birth to five puppies. We have no idea what breed dad was, but she's 4 1/2 months old now, and that may become more evident as she gets older. We love our little pup, and enjoy learning more about Corgies.

We think Lola is a Cardigan mixed with Belgian Malinois (they're squarer in build than German Shepherds and don't have the black saddle).  She makes a great watchdog, but doesn't seem to realize she's only 34 lbs.

Wisdom panel said he's poodle/terrier and a lot of UNKNOWN, but he's mainly Corgi!  Based on photos of other mixes, I'm guess Corgi/Lab.

I like to think of my little girl as a "Golden Corgi" :)  I think it's a good, simple name for welsh corgi/golden retriever mixes!

So I thought of a great name for my Corgi/Chow,Shiner. Has anyone heard Chowgi? I love it!

My father is looking at adopting a sweet young German Shepherd Corgi that is with a rescue group. We are looking for information, pointers and any concers we should know about on large breed corgi mix's. Attached is the Forum (includes a picture) i have started, any imput would greatly be appreciated.

Going after little critters is a Corgi thing. Stumpy's favorite thing to chase, after squirrels, is lizards.
