Bad company corrupts good character. Aparrently this applies to dogs too.

In this case, my Addy is the bad company. My grandparents' neighbors have a son who brings over his black lab. It is normaly well behaved enough to run around off of its leash - it listens and comes when its called.

So, Addy got loose a few days ago, and met the black lab, and they had a good romp together. Addy does not come when called if she is loose outside - she knows she can outrun and outmanuver us, and that we can't stop her.

So now, this black lab constantly comes over to our yard whether we have Addy out or not. And he no longer comes back when he's called! They now have to come get him and take him back. Addy has corrupted him. Go figure.

They were pieces of the toilet that cover the screws that hold the toilet to the ground.

re: the carnage. What was that anyway? It looks like a couple of exotic mushrooms!

I actually kind of wish I was there to see him do his flying leap off the little table. since he's HATES the slippery floor and does the scooby-doo run all the time.

So to go back to my last post.. Charlie had learned to crawl under the little table next to the babygate to eat the mail that came through the slot...
So for several days we blocked the little path with boots! Which worked.. until AHA! Charlie learned he can jump on the little table! You notice stuff missing from atop the table and actually on the steps behind lol

Lille is a flip-flop thief too! She has stolen so many that we have lost count. Because we have cold winters in wisconsin, she also likes wool slippers, shoes & boots too. Here she is with my slipper... tougher to destroy than flip-flops so it is still in one piece!

Recently, we went to a store and Doug found me in the flip flop section, looking for a new pair. He asked me if I was buying new chew toys for Gromit.

We've begun calling Gromit a Ninja Corgi for his ability to sneak up on my wife, steal her flip flop kicked off under her desk, and make off with it. Sometimes he comes back, still unnoticed, for the second one too.

Not the first, probably won't be the last:
