Hello!  My fiance is a Marine. He is at Camp pendleton, California right now. He's heading off to afghanistan in february. Whenever i get my baby she'll be my child and my distraction while he's gone and then he'll get to meet her at thanksgiving! and hopefully he'll never have to leave us at home again.

Hi I am new to myCorgi! My hubby is a Marine, we are stationed in 29palms, California which is in the middle of the nowhere! we got our corgi mix almost year ago and we love him to pieces. My hubby is currently deployed and I cant image how empty our house would seem without our corgi!!

Hey! My boyfriend (Harlequin's Daddy) served in the Army for 3 years and was stationed in Kansas! Her grandpa (My dad) was in the Army and then Army Reserves for a grand total of 18 yrs. :) Harley is very proud of her daddy!! He's her hero as well as mine, along with all of the other fine men and women that serve our country! Thank you all! and your corgis!! <3

Rebecca, that's where my bf was stationed before he went down to NC. I know people who live and work there. I visit friends on base housing at least once a week! Let me know if you wanna have a Corgi play date! I know 3 other doggies on base that would want to meet you pup too. But they aren't Corgis! ;) just send me a message!

Hi All,
My boyfriend and father of our corgis is a Marine. He first got Sniper (a corgi terrier mix) before we met. So when we decided to get a brother for Sniper, we thought we should keep their names similar. We decided on Caliber (the pembroke in the pic). LOL! They are obviously not anything like their names!
My boyfriend is stationed in Jacksonville NC. He will be deploying to Afghanistan in Feb/mar. I am still up in our house in VA because that's where all of my friends and family, since I'm from here. I will need a good support system when he's gone. This is his 4th deployment and my first! :/

Hi. I was in the Air Force and was stationed in Mountain Home, Idaho. Did 4 years there. Funny thing is... I was born and raised there... Still live there too... I got out in 05... haha
