Thankyou to Mary and Lynde for sharing about the walk! We live in Central Oregon so it will be a VERY early morning!!! Lucky's cart ships out today, so he will be able to participate...I can hardly wait for him to be mobile again (as in, more than his seal walk!) Sonny needs the exercise, we have started calling him TW for Too Wide. I still need to convince my husband that this will be fun.

I am not a breeder and I guess the next time you are in town(Jacksonville) we will have to meet up and visit. Hopefully, we will meet at the Walk in August.

I often stay at the Jacksonville Inn when I drive down to the Bay area and will look for you when I am in the area. I met a woman at the Doggie Dash who had a Corgi from Jacksonville. Are you a breeder?

I am so glad there will be a southern OR contingent at the Corgi Walk in August!

Hi everyone-I am the organizer of the Corgi Walk in the Pearl benefit walk for DoveLewis and Corgi Rescue. Last ear we had 65 Corgis participate and it was a wonderful time for everyone so mark your calendars. Information about registration is on the DL website and I will also have a flyer announcing the event in another month. It would be grand to have Corgi representation from all over the state!

My husband didn't sound too thrilled about having to get up early on a Saturday morning (we only live in Salem, oh well), so I asked my mom (Noodles' Grammie) and she said she would LOVE to come. Thank you again Mary for the information. I agree with Michele, we need to have a meet and greet spot for all of us. Oh to see all those corgi's in one place! How fun!
