It is fun and I am glad that you had such a good time.

It turns out that the local NBC station, KGW, was out and took pictures. Alison's are the best set, but if you type in KGW Corgi Walk in the Pearl you will see the 5 pictures taken by the KGW.

Well, all you Oregon Corgi people that missed the Walk in the Pearl, missed a GREAT!!! time. I had so much fun looking at all the beeeeeeeeeeeutiful Corgis of all shapes, sizes, colors and just having fun. My husband did comment that there wasn't one dog fight or anything that even appeared like it was going to happen. They just love there fellow "Bunny Butt". Thank you Lynde for a GREAT time, for sure we will see you next year. So. Oregon Corgis person. I can't believe there were 114, that is fantastic!!!!

My husband took quite a few pictures and I only put a few on the blog. If anyone would like more of them, I'd be more than happy to e-mail them to people. He already downloaded them all on to our laptop.

We had about 114 Corgis from as far away as Jacksonville, OR south, the coast west, and Seattle north. It was great. It is the luck of the draw as afar as TV crews coming out. I always notify the stations but so far we have not been "selected" on the day when there may be lots of competing interests to film. We are getting more sponsorships so as we grow I will be able to buy time on TV to cover us.

How many corgis? i actually saw the walk advertised on channel 8 this morning on their "things to do" I thought about all of you and all the "bunny butts" walking in the Pearl - oh, such cute dogs!!!!! I did not hear a thing on the news tonight, just what are they thinking, don't you think they should cover such a group?
