This morning Griff did NOT like the cold snow getting between his paws! It is -9F (-25F windchill) in Detroit today, and both Griff and my German Shepherd wanted to get back inside as soon as possible! At one point during his morning 'business' Griff favored his left paw, then sat down and just looked at me like, "MY PAWS ARE FREEZING PLEASE COME CARRY ME." When it's this cold I think even Corgis would be amenable to the idea of dog booties! :)

With over a foot of snow, more on the way, and temperatures at -14, I am thinking Josie is like the post(wo)man in that NOTHING is stopping her!! Being new to the breed, I had no idea these little low riders would snow plow like they do! TOO FUN!!!

No new snow for us here in AK, but it finally warmed up to 9 above so Max was able to get out and play in the "frozen" snow, didn't last too long. Snow to come later this week, keeping our fingers crossed.
