Spoiled Rotten Corgis

For all the corgis out there who are doted on by your families, get your own way, and are basically spoiled beyond belief. I would love to hear your stories.

Yes denial is where we are...so what. I love having spoiled rotten Corgis myself. I will continue to spoil mine as much as possible. They are good boys in spite of being spoiled so it is not a bad thing.

Hi everyone, my name is Arrow and I spoil my corgi...
(hi Arrow)
I joined the group because I think I may be in denial about what counts as spoiling a dog.My family says that Pengu does all this bad puppy behavior (acting rotten) while I am gone or sleeping. I don't see it so I give her all the love and all the cuddles and toys and treats and snacks and chewbies. I don't know if this counts as spoiling 'cause I don't see her being bad ONLY INCREDIBLY CUTE AND SNUGGLY AND GOOFY!!!!
or maybe I am rationalizing and justifiying...

Whisper got a new bed this weekend and I must have done a good job because I picked it out without her approval but she REALLY likes it. It's polar fleece covered and she loves her polar fleece!

Walking puppies is like walking children, you have to figure out when they are half way tired. But I think Sparky is lucky to have a mom that loves to spoil him.....just like all the other Corgi that have us all under their paws.

Chepstow is the same way. He would rather be sat or laid on than move. Trying to push or move him is like pushing an anvil. If you pick him up to move him he gives you this look. He is soooooo spoiled!!!!!!!!

LOL!!! Chepstow is sooo smart!!! I would've wanted a longer ride too!!!! Gem is no match for Chepstow but she loves to take over the spot you've been sitting or sleeping in and refuses to move......we have to physically pick her up and put her in her place!!!!!

Does anyone have a "Stuborn" Spoiled Rotten Corgi. I think our Chepstow takes the cake. His latest demonstration.......the boys have their nails trimmed every other Sunday morning at 8AM. Our groomer lives 2 minute golf cart ride away. (Tenby can't walk that far due to a shoulder problem, so they ride) Roger loaded in the boys and when he got to Jackie's house she had double booked and asked since we live so close if we could come back at 10. No problem, Roger came home parked the golf cart in the garage. Tenby cames in the house and Chepstow just sat in the cart. We left the door to the house open and it has been almost 2 hours and he is still sitting there. We know his problem..he wanted a longer ride.

We have friends visiting today with their Great Dane. This should be very interesting. I am sure Chepstow and Tenby are going to wonder why there is a horse in the house.

SPOILED: One who's every whim, need, want, desire, thought, feeling, mood, craving is of the upmost importance to another more gullible, doting, do whatever you want type of being(sucker)
ROTTEN: Being totally oblivious to the said special treatment one is receiving from another, Nose up, tail up and hard turn on those stubbies to run in an opposite direction. "Just try to see if you can please me type attitude!"
