I brought home my Pembroke puppy Brynn at 8 weeks old , now she is 13 weeks and growing up fast . Brynn is very smart and learning quick . I have never had a dog before so it's all new to me. I do have 2 cats who are still adjusting to the new baby in the family .

Brynn and the Ocean

Hey Everyone - Hope you all had a nice weekend :)

We took baby Brynn to the coast and the weather was lovely .! The car ride over was peaceful , Brynn slept most of the time, even with our music up loud ,and random singing fits .We let her out to pee, and drink water every hour, and she seemed happy to just be with us no matter where we were .

Stopping at numerous vista points along the way , we got to the ocean at last, and let her out on the sand for the first time . Brynn went nuts… Continue

Corgi Party : Terror at the Park

We took Brynn to the Corgi meet on Saturday and it was interesting ... There were so many other corgis there , around 25 , and it was a bit overwhelming . I was in Corgi Heaven !! Brynn was worried from the get go .She let a few dogs sniff her and was doing fine while on leash , but when we let her go , a group of other Corgis ran after her and pinned her down . My baby girl and I are going to my first Corgi meet -up this morning ! Can't wait to see all the other Corgis ,and how Brynn interacts :)) Bringing my camera and will report back .

Hey Brian! I was wondering what breeder you got your corgi from? Our corgi is only 13 lbs and we've been trying to find where he came from (since not too many people breed smaller corgis). Brynn is adorable!

She is a real cutie. So how big is she now? I read that the breeder told you she would only get to 12 lbs.

Our two are 15-16 lbs and we love them. They are cute as can be and their size rocks ... even if they are technically "too small."

Hi Brian, Good to hear from you also. I lost one of my cats a couple weeks ago. Baby seemed to have a stroke, I've never had a larger pet die at home before. It was rough, but we are all adjusting. You have to post some new pics of that pretty girl!!

I've been off the site for a while..computer problems, changed my job..but now I'm back. Wondering how you are all doing. We are well. Charlote turned 4 on the 11th. My nephew has been my "manny" this summer, and is taking them for long walks everyday. They are actually looking kind of trim!!!

Actually we just moved here and learned there are play dates on the second Sunday of every month at Chapman School at 11:00. This weekend will be our first :) buuut...we will be going to those other ones as well, see you there.

Hi Brian, Augie is doing much better. I still have to help him up and down the stairs when he goes outside, but at least I don't have to carry him like I was. We are going to Fla next week for spring break, and they are going to stay here with my neighbors watching them. I'm glad I don't have to take them to the kennel. They usually go to my breeders, but the pack would kill him if he is lame.Hope Brynn does well with her surgery, keep us posted!

Good to hear from you! Happy to hear you and Brynn are doing well. They do grow up fast, don't they?

Charlie is still just everything I wanted in a dog. He is bouncing between bratty teenager and showing me glimpses of the terrific adult he will be. It's so much fun to watch him grow. : - )
