When will the potty training end?!

Hey all!So piper is over 6 months old now and doing wonderful! She so smart and such a sweet girl. But she continues to have accidents. We leave her in a big pin when we leave during the day but I always make sure she has been out twice and made sure she went potty and she continues to poop/pee in there. Even If I have to just step out for an hour and a half or so. I tried using puppy pads in there but she thinks they are a toy and just plays with them. Any suggestions??See More

Piper is getting so big!

Posted on September 16, 2012 at 9:08pm 3 Comments

So i have not been on in a while and so I thought I would post an update on Piper!  She is almost 18 weeks and growing like a weed.  She weighs about 13 lbs now!  The doctor said she might be a little bit on the smaller side, which is A-OK with me!  She is so well behaved it almost scares me haha.  She knows when I tell her no or to leave it she immediately stops what she is doing.  She's so smart.  Also potty training is about 90%!  The only accidents she has is when she is left in her big…

Finally getting Tilly this weekend!!

Posted on July 2, 2012 at 2:26am 4 Comments

So it's been a little while since Ive been online. I've been so busy this week moving all my stuff from Statesboro back up to Atlanta! But recent news on this soon to be Corgi owner is last weekend I got to visit my little Tilly girl and she was as sweet as can be! She had just woken up so she was just kinda lounging in my arms but it was so sweet! She was about 5 1/2 weeks at that time and was so little! It looks like she is going to be a red-headed tri too which is very exciting.

Glad to be friends. I was so hesitant about mentioning the pigment. But when I saw how easily it could be corrected, (eg. eliminate plastic bowls, lower protein in the diet). I thought I should risk my comment. Happy that in spite of me being a buttinky, you are my friend. I wondered if i should butt in or butt out! LOL. I actually called upon a mycorgi.com friend for the wording of my note about pigment. So when do you get your baby?

Didn't mean to answer and unasked question, but it seemed that the pigmentation is frequently corrected with a simple change of diet and/or bowl material. If it didn't have an easy fix I never would have mentioned it. Good luck with your adorable baby.

Hi. Your adorable puppy has some pink on his nose.  There’s an interesting link to Corgi nose pigmentation at another site:
