Kolby was bought as a pet, and has been a part of the family since early 2005. He is a 3 year old sable Pembroke, and the reason I fell in love with the corgi breeds. Kolby is very intelligent, and takes it upon himself to manage the security of the house and anyone else's house he may visit. He's very protective of whom he comes to know and like. Being as smart as he is, obedience came very easy. Though sometimes one or two of the resident squirrels will divert his attention. He has what seems to be boundless energy, and loves practicing the agility course or zooming down the slide with the kids at the local playground. Kolby has been a part of my life I find it hard to see without, and makes a lasting impression on everyone that comes into his.
Quesa is a blue merle, tan pointed bitch who came to me by way of Pat in Pennsylvania. Quesa is becoming a popular and loved puppy to many family and friends. She has a very adventureous nature, and often seems to be courageous to even the largest of dogs. Luckily the men of the house dont seem to challenge her efforts to dictate. When she barks for one of their toys, she gets her toy! Quesa has beautiful markings which lead me to name her accordingly. Her name translates to 'blue wine & cheese', and seems appropriate from the elite attitude she posseses. She's being watched and handled closely to hopefully persue a show career in the near future.
