So I had sinus surgery last Wednesday, which if you follow my blogs you'd already know that, and I have been so proud of the way Callie has behaved. My mom has been with me until Monday and she helped me a lot with taking care of both me and Callie. Also Callie really seems to understand the fact that I still don't feel the greatest, and now with my mom gone she doesn't have someone to play with her all the time. Callie is officially 2 years old! We gave her some doggy birthday cake which she LOVED! We didn't do much for celebrating because I had sinus surgery yesterday. She was very careful and gentle with me once she noticed something was wrong. Luckily my mom is here to take Callie out and play with her since I don't feel much like playing.

Callie's birthday is coming up on Wednesday (May 19th) and she is turning 2 years old. I can't imagine life without her with me now. She's such a great dog with a fun personality. Callie has already recieved 2 birthday cards in the mail from her vet and a boarding company she stayed with while I was on vacation. We are planning on making her a little dog safe cake, and my mom may take her to get a new special toy.
