Moira absolutely kills me! This one left me dumbfounded.



I was lying on the futon with Tank (the Cardi x) and we were enjoying a quiet afternoon. Not for long. Moira hit the doggie stairs at a dead run. She turned in the air and football tackled poor Tank. She sent him sailing about two doggie-lengths. This meant she was now the owner of the prime spot next to me on the futon!! I have never had a dog do that! Totally cracked me up! I'm tickled pink to say that Moira has lost more weight. When we got her she was tipping the scales at just under 47 lbs. (How insane is that?) I weighed her at work today and she's at 31 lbs.! That's just amazing! We adopted her on 5/3 and here we are on 10/3 and she's dropped 16 lbs.! Wow!

Tank had a visit yesterday at one of our local assisted living facilities. He's such a ham!!! He performed all his tricks for the few residents who joined us. He was the hit of the party, for sure. All the other dogs sit around and look cute. But Tank has to perform!
