After a few months of searching for the right breeder who was going to have a litter at the right time... I was referred to Molly Forbes of Keepsake Corgis. Let's just say I am one lucky corgi owner to be. Molly is great and super knowledgeable about all things corgis. I am so thankful to have her as my breeder!

Puppies are due at the end of this week. The litter will be all tricolors and at least some fluffies.

Below is a picture of the two beautiful corgis that are the parents of my pup to be!

Bottom: "Rain" aka Haley's Autumn Rain

Thank you, John for visually connecting the corgi relations for me. You and Christine have me officially over the edge with excitement to see what this litter looks like! I am DYING to know if there are any black headed tris in the litter. Geena's BHT status is unknown and Rain is a known BHT carrier (as admired with great great gradnsire Dante).

Black head or red head -- the odds are in favor for a handsome litter either way!

Small world.  Al & Gwynnie are distant cousins .  Your pup's great-great grandsire is Haley's d'Artagnan (Dante), check him out, I've not seen another corgi like him:

yours > Autumn Rain > Vine Maple (Vinnie) > Cracklin' Rosie > d'Artagnan (Dante)

Christine Kemp's two lovely tris are related thru Vinnie.

Dante is Gwynnie's sire; Al's dam is her littermate Gina (Bellagio).

Geena is a Keepsake corgi. I am floored that all of these pedigrees are linked! I had no idea I would ever own a corgi that would be somehow related to so many of the Mycorgi's celeborgis!

I've  been waiting for this corgi for over 6 years! What's another couple of months?

Wow! Beth! What a great eye you have! And very very cool. If everything goes right, our corgis will be related. ;)

Ah, I checked out the breeder's home page and Geena's (the one who looks like Jack's sire) paternal grandsire IS Jack's sire, Dundee (Anywyl Winds O' Change).   :)

I thought I saw a resemblance.  It's the head.

They are beautiful!  The top one reminds me a bit of my Jack's sire.   How exciting.  Good luck!

You are lucky, but be patient you still have about 2 months to wait.  My old Corgis died in August and October and I waited and waited and finally got my baby on Dec. 11 and we have been going strong since then.  Our weather changed from warm to the teens and too cold to train little puppies to go out.  We temporarily used a litter box but got him outside as soon as it warmed up.  With doggie doors, he got himself trained within a month.  We had a wild and wonderful time playing with all sorts of this.  It sure has been fun.
