Natura Bought by Protcor and Gamble

P&G has signed a deal to buy out Natura, the company that makes Evo, Innova, Healthwise, and Karma. This is disappointing to me as Natura was one of about half a dozen pet food companies left that I trusted. I have successfully switched my dogs to a raw diet, but I still supplement with Evo from time to time, and like having that option available. Not to mention my kitty will only eat dry and canned food, and Innova was our food of choice. No longer will I buy Natura products though. I don't trust P&G and their history when taking over pet food companies. They have taken what used to be some good brands, and ruined them, and I don't picture this one being any different.

So, I know not everyone will agree this is necessarily a bad thing, but for anyone who likes to be in the loop about who's buying up who, now you know.

Thank you! I was just in the process of deciding on adult dog food, and was thinking Evo (they don't make puppy food). Not going to happen now.

Boo! We liked Evo... I'm sure it won't be long before low quality fillers find their way into the food. What a shame.

Oh I am so sorry to hear that! We have been feeding Innova to cats and dogs and have been very satisfied. I wonder how long before they will ruin it??
