Wynstan was attacked today by a Cattle dog.

There was so much blood, I was so scared. I am grateful for living only two houses down from the vet. My cousin brought his dog (who wasn't properly socialized) to my house, they got a long fine at first, then she snapped. Wynstan ran yelping with blood gushing out. My whole family was here, my younger cousins were freaking out, and his blood covered my shirt. I picked him up and we ran to the vet's. Luckily the good vet was working and it was nothing serious. When I got back, my uncle said he was just a dog, I couldn't handle uncle asshole's remarks any longer and punched him hard in the face. Wynstan is ok, he is asleep and doesn't want to eat right now. My family is a little mad at me, but they can kiss my butt. I have never been so scared in my life. This little pup means the world to me now, and I was worried I was going to loose him

Wow, another one! I just responed on teh blog about the Greyhound attack about SIdney's attack by a Boxer. I totally don't blame you for punching the uncle. Is your hand OK?

How is Wynstan now? Was it an ear injury? I know ears bleed like the dickens.

OMG poor Wynstan!!! I'm sorry this happened and I'm glad he is OK! I'd do almost anything to keep my Edward and Gem safe and I totally understand how much he means to you!! Have a quiet Christmas....Blessings!!

Wow, how awful! People who say "it's just a dog" should be dog owners. They are living! They feel too! My guess is your uncle was very embarrassed by his dog's behavior. His dog is the reason why your cousins were freaking out! Everyone should be mad at his dog, not you! I'm glad it was nothing serious!

People that say things like "he was just a dog" would not be welcome in my house! Poor Wynstan!!!!! Yes, I would not blame someone who hit someone for such a uncaring comment (maybe not the smartest thing to do though)!!!!! What a jerk! Let your family be mad they don't realize what some dogs mean to their owners and why! Hope things settle down and you can enjoy Christmas and keep that precious little one right next to you!!!

Wow...I wish I had your strength! Wynstan is lucky to have someone who loves him that much!! Hope he gets feeling better soon--and I'm proud of you! Dog owners should know to socialize their dogs better!

I am glad Wynstan is Ok! I hope you are not in trouble. Family gatherings are difficult enough without multiple dogs too.
