Does anyone feed their Corgi Canidae All Life Stages? My corgi is 4 months old and we've been feeding him this for about 2 weeks and he has this horrible stench. I gave him a bath a week ago and he still has this smell. It's not a fishy smell, I can't really explain it, but I'm thinking it could be a reaction from the food? Before, we would feed him Eukanuba and he didn't have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I switch him back to Eukanuba? I bought Canidae because I wanted to feed him a higher quality food.
Thanks in advance for any feedback,
Anna

I feed mine this and also my pups but have never noticed a smell. Is it gas? Sorry I can't help.
I feed all mine the Canidae and I havent had this happen. Although I give them a spoon of yogurt in the breakfast, and then I give them Sardines in oil with dinner.....so they usually smell a little fishy for a half hour or so. But I never have had a smell from them.
Ashton eats Canidae and I have not noticed any funny smell. Where is the smell coming from? Is the smell coming from the mouth? Back end? Or just a general all over aroma?
He doesn't have bad breath, it's just a general aroma like a smell from his body.
It could be something in the food. One of mine can't have liver treats because she stinks of liver whenever she eats them. You know how most people eat garlic and have "garlic breath", but some people seem to exude the smell from their pores and just smell awful after having garlic? Well, that's how Madison is with liver--- her whole body smells of it when she eats it. So liver isn't bad for dogs but is off-limits for mine.
I suppose it's possible that something in the food oozes from your dog's pores. Check the ingredient list for organ meats or fish meal that wasn't in the old food and think if that might sort of match the smell.
Thanks! I'll be sure to do that.
