Those Other Dogs and Cats in Your Corgi's Life

A place to talk about the poor pet who does not have its own place to be shown off. After all, our Corgis only think they are the center of the universe!

Hey my friend,

I didn't think for a second that you photoshop'd or altered the photo. It's just such a hilarious moment that you captured at the perfect second. I see photo prizes in this shot once people notice the Corgi ears! OMG. what a picure!  xoxo w

@Snickmom I love the name Jack Spaniels! :)

The ears! Poor Holly. When we got Snickers I wanted a big corgi to be a friend to Jack Spaniels. But my son fell in love with the smallest of the litter. Good thing, because at Snicker's 22 lbs and Jack's 52 lbs they are a pretty even match.

A blast from the past above.  Gromit was about 4 months old and his new best buddy in the whole world was Holly the Insane Wiener Dog.  Holly wasn't that thrilled about her new friend but she endured and they had some awesome games of tug, chase, and dual backyard agility, before Holly moved back to California last year.

Holly made sure that even though Gromit was bigger than her even as a pup, that he knew who was the top dog.

It was always funny to see an 11lb wiener dog bowl over a 30lb Corgi and give him what for.

Gromit was so sad when she left, he moped for a couple of months.  I'm working on getting him a new friend now but one closer to his size and breed. ;-)

It must be because it was zoomed, and she was a lot further behind?

Wendy: I am baffled by the perspective on this, Jack is much taller than Snickers and she is behind him. My camera can take a series of 5 shots in a second and the other 4 shots show parts of her behind him, but again they seem like she is above him. No photoshopping, Just bunny ears on a long eared spaniel.

@Snickmom - I am still LMAO at that photo of Snicker's ears coming behind Jack. Had you not pointed it out I would have missed it. I'm so awful with details. You must send this picture to John who photoshops or something Al's big Corgi ears behind mountains, et. al. This is an AMAZING photo you captured. OMG. I love it! But where's the rest of Snicker's body. I'm so gullible. You didn't photoshop this, did you? xoxo Ms. Ditzy

Had to do a double take on the picture. Until I read the post I did not know what that was. Snickers did it on purpose.  Had a dog in basic training with Coco and Dino with that name (Snickers)
