Breeder!

Could anyone recommend a breeder in Pennsylvania or near philadelphia? I'm looking to adopt soon and would love some help in finding the perfect breeder!

You aren't going to get a quality corgi "soon". I worked in a PA rescue for a while. Be wary of any breeder that uses ACA, is from or near Lancaster County, or doesn't do health checks. Typically these are puppy mills. PA has a huge problem with Amish puppy mills. I'd start where Linda has directed. You'll want a breeder that does all the breed health screenings. However, breeders that are reputable and good will place due to personality and typically have wait lists. So you might not get a Corgi for 6-12 months from a good breeder. GL!

Andrea....that is my biggest concern, someone unknowingly getting a pup from one those Amish puppy mills.

Chrissi....if you don't have your heart set on a little puppy you may have luck with the reputable breeders getting an older pup or a young adult. I have never had a corgi puppy, all mine have been adults. Two were rescues, one from his original breeder because the people who took him has a pup couldn't keep him. The other from a corgi rescue. My third is from the same breeder who we got the one from because his temperament was so wonderful....she wasn't a rescue but being retired from showing/breeding and they wanted to place her in a loving home.
