Sarah,

Jack and I are planning to go to Paws In The Park. :)

At Pearland Independence Park, on march 28th, they're going to have a Paws in the Park day. There's going to be vendors, give aways, costume contests, obedience demonstrations, Rescue Dog demonstrations, K9 unit demonstations, Agility, Flyball, and a fun run. Several rescues also come to the event.
Read all about it at http://pearlandparks.com . Hope to see some people there. :)

I drove by the Baytown Bark Park location yesterday and it looks like they have completed the perimeter fencing and gates. That's improvement from last month! Just thought I'd give y'all an update.

I drove by the Baytown Bark Park site the other day and it seems to be pretty slow going. One little section of the perimeter fencing is up. And that's it. It is in the same park as some baseball fields so there are bathrooms and a parking lot and playground already. I guess they need to run water lines for the doggie part before the rest of the fence goes up? Who knows, but I can't wait until it is open. It will be sooo close to my house!

I just started a discussion with Corgis in Texas about the upcoming Mighty Texas Dog Walk in Austin, if anyone is interested.
