Max is a over a year old now and he weighs about 15 lbs. He has longer legs than molly and is much thinner. They both have papers and I saw both parents on both Max and Molly. Is Max a throw back?

I know what you mean...the minute they get in our doors they (or should I say we) know there here to stay!!!
Oh, gosh, no! Renee, whatever you do don't throw him back -- LOL!
Pooka is very small too (20lbs) and just turned a year. Her legs seem long, but I think that's just cuz she's so thin and lanky and that's probably the illusion you're getting with Max

We'll see how they grow! I'm actually thankful to have a small corgi rather than some of the giants I've seen ^_^ she's just as tough and still hurts if she jumps on me. Only time its frustrating is when people I meet assume she's a mix because of her size!
Some corgis just seem to be smaller than others! Your Max could just not be at his mature weight yet, needing some more time to fill out, but he could also just be a smaller fellow than most. :) My two corgis are both small--my male is twenty pounds at age two and a half, and my female (who is something like four, but we don't know for sure as she's a shelter girl) is nineteen pounds. I really love having small corgis--they're "travel-sized," hahaha. And it's especially cute because they're almost exactly the same size.
I'm glad there are others out there. We were afraid we'd done something wrong in feeding or something or that he had some sort of health problem we didn't know about. He runs all over the back yard though, Again thanks all.
