I woke up this morning to the sound of Wynstan throwing up, when I looked at it, the vomit was clear with white foam on top of it. After producing it, Wynstan immediately lapped it up.
Really! Agree with the first poster there -- but also, my Bertie sometimes threw up in the MA (and just that while froth) if his tummy has been empty too long. I was able to stop it happening by giving him a cookie at bedtime, strange as it seems.
This used to happen to Finnigan too when he was younger. It was always in the morning and was either a white or yellow foam. The vet said it was due to the stomach acids in his empty stomach and a snack before bed would eliminate the vomiting. He is now over a year old and doesn't have this problem anymore so we no longer give snacks before bed. I would call your vet just in case to ask if they think he should come in. I assume he hasn't been out at all since yesterday's event, right? Hasn't eaten anything he found lying around?

Madison ate some pine needles at Christmas and vomited clear liquid with some foam. Very often if they have an empty stomach but something upsets it, they will vomit this way.
Agreed that if it continues, check him out. If it's once and done, don't worry.
After what happened with the neighbor, I'd be afraid to let Al or Gwynn into the yard. And I'd check it. Ick, you must be having an awfully stressful week.
Keep an eye on him but try to relax; not the first time a dog has puked.
We look forward to hearing that you're safely outa there and all this is behind you.
It has seemed to stop and he ate his food with no problem. I guess he ate too much of a pine cone, because he didn't pick one up for his morning walk today.
We occasionally have a dog do this also. But do be very cautious because of the past events. Please do not let him out in your yard alone as if he were to eat something and your neighbor did carry through with his threat it could be deadly!
