So, this is a bit of a strange topic, but I'm curious to see if others have had the same issue. Whenever my boyfriend and I kiss, Hannah tends to jump right in the middle of us and will usually end up licking him in the face. Just seemed playful and silly. Not too much of an issue for us. However, (and this is a little embarrassing) she also exhibits this behavior if we are trying to be intimate. She will climb on the bed and plop herself in the middle, as usual. If we prevent her from accessing the bed, she'll sit on the floor and either bark or make long, low growling noises while staring intently. That being said, I'm wondering what her intention is. Is she wanting to play, is she jealous, or is she trying to protect me? I also have no idea how to go about stopping this behavior aside from confining her to another room. This would be fine with me, as continually pushing away a spry, little Corgi can become a real mood-killer, but I also don't want to stress her out either. Thoughts?

Could it be dominating behaviour? I think I recall reading about dogs getting between partners and it was a dominance issue. Not sure how it was resolved sorry.

You should try giving her an interactive toy or long lasting treat to have in a separate room. A bone or a kong perhaps. Then she will be focused on the object rather than trying to get into your room.
Wynn will bark if I give my husband a hug in the kitchen. Our dear Mav used to get upset and would stand between us(90#) like he was trying to protect us...never did figure out which one of us he was trying to protect. I think she needs to get used to the kissing but Mim's idea about occupying her time with toys in a seperate room might be a good idea! This is not uncommon I have heard stories!
Jack will bark or play-growl with a toy in his mouth if my husband and I hug or kiss. It is most likely just a jealousy issue; Hannah wants to be involved in the interactions of her "pack."

Honestly this is one of several reasons why we don't allow dogs in the bedroom. Our cat slept on the bed and also always got in the middle, but cats are more easily deterred by certain things and after a certain point she would just give up and leave. Jack is very persistent and I cannot imagine him being in the bedroom! He'd be dropping tennis balls on my head the whole time.

I suggest you just lock her out when you want alone time. Crate her if she is putting up a fuss outside the door.
Maggie does the same thing when we hug or kiss when she is insight. But she does it in a playful manner. We see it as she just always wants to be doign what we are doing. So if I give Brandon a hug, she wants one too! We never let her have access to our bedroom, too much stuff for her to be curious with (and prob destroy it). So we do not have the other issue. Maybe just having her out in the living room or something with a bone or a chew would help? But I wouldn't worry about it. It if most likely just the fact that she wants to be with you alllllll the time. I do not think it is something you have to worry about too much.
Finnigan does not like people touching under any circumstance. If I hug or kiss my husband and we're standing he jumps up at us barking and whining. If we're sitting he'll do that and also nip and mouth us. If we have a friend over and we come in contact (like if I were to pat my friend on the leg or someone gets tickled) he'll flip out. The other day I was joking with my husband and not letting him go down the hall and when ever we would touch he'd go nuts. I don't know what it is. It may be a dominance thing. If I were to pick up one of his toys and hug it and pet it he would act the same way. I don't know how to stop it other than to give him a verbal correction when he does it. If he is in his crate he stays alert and observes but will not get riled up as he does when he's out.
Ditto here, we can't hug or kiss with our boys barking and jumping
Vivi does this too! He tries to get between us and licks one of us but he doesn't bark or growl. It's either a dominance thing or he just wants to play. We just put him in his crate and he just goes to sleep.
