Senior Corgi in upstate NY--Corgi Rescue of Eastern NY

Update:

Crossing all corgi paws ... Maggie Mae hopefully will be going to her new home tomorrow if all goes well with meeting Emily the adopters 4 y/o corgi girl. If not, I have another wonderful family waiting. I think Maggie's sweet charm is working on everyone. I will keep all of you posted!

Hi everyone

I have just accepted a sweet 10 y/o pem named Maggie Mae in rescue. Poor little girl has lost her "dad" who was on missionary work in Haiti and lost his life in the earthquake. Her "mom" now has to pick up her life an d move back to TX to be near her family. Miss Maggie Mae lived with a border collie and cat with no problems. She is HW neg and up to date on her shots and neutered. She had a health issue about 2 years ago, but has had no problems since. I am changing her kibble to a better and healthier food that may help her shed some unwanted pudge.

She is a great little girl. I hope that someone may be interested in giving this sweet senior a home soon.

Hi Joanna...I may have good news. I have contacted one of my applicants and he may be very interested in adopting Maggie. We are crossing paws that his corgi Emily is also as welcoming !!! Everyone please send good corgi vibes!
