Corgis and cameras

Anyone else have a corgi that barks at cameras? Our Buddy hears the camera turn on and comes running no matter where we are. Not sure if it is just Buddy's unusual tendency.

Mine hear me turn on the camera and they come running...not good for getting the pic I wanted to take:(

The minutes they hear that beep from the camera being turned on they run and bark. And there goes that cute shot I wanted to take. I have even gone into the back bedroom closet to turn it on, but they come running because they want to know why I am in the closet!!!!!! This is the reason I can never get the pictures I want of them.

Maybe if you check the manual for your camera, they can tell you how to turn off the beep. Some cameras have that ability.

It is so strange. I have so many pictures of Buddy barking wildly at the camera. I use it to my advantage when I want him to come in the house, I simply call him and hold up anything that looks like a camera with or without the sound he comes running. I have to admit it is entertaining.
