Do people think your Cardi is a mix?

My Cardigan is still a puppy but he looks very much like a typical black and white cardigan corgi. I know the breed is not as common as the welsh corgi's but I am amazed at how many people think he is a mix.

Funny is that a ____ x______ cross comments that people thought my dog is:

Dachsund x german shepherd

Dachsund x border collie

Corgi (I am assuming they meant pembroke) x border collie

Any other crosses people have thought your dog was?

I love telling people about corgi's also. The good, the wonderful, the bad and the hair!! Most people in our neighborhood love to see the boys out front. They say corgi's make them happy.

people always ask what Zeus is mixed with - Sigh !!! nothing lol

Try adding a tail to the mixture. I hear people thinking sage is a Pem but a sable and a tail?????? I usually hear this at the large pet store we visit but then all the workers know sage and my other dogs as one of the managers has a Pem. they go running to tell Jenny that the "Pems are here"

I get border collie x anything with short legs. Mostly dachschund though! Most people I meet assume corgi's only come in red and white with bunny butts!
