My Corgi Clint has been hoarding food recently. He never used to do this, we've had him since Feburary and he's been comfortable eating in the kitchen and now not so much anymore. Is there something I could do about this?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what is going on...do you mean he's guarding his food from you? Or he's hiding his food in the house instead of eating in the kitchen...?
He just grabs the food and walks away and eats it in a corner. Its kinda weird in my opinion.
I had a Standard Poodle that would take a mouthful and carry it over to the rug to eat. His best buddy, a cat, started doing the same thing. Weird, but funny to watch them. He would also hide treats behind the couch. It was almost as if he did not want to hurt our feelings by refusing a treat so he would take it and hide it. My corgis could never carry food in their mouths because they gulp it down immediately.
What happens if you move the dish to that other corner?  Will he still do the behavior?
i was watching a husky one time for a friend and she use to do this a lot. i did some research on it and they carry the food to the carpet because they want to be where u are. so since she is feed in the kitchen and is away from everyone she carry's the food where you are the most, (its usually in the living room from what i read) try moving her bowl to that spot she carries it  and see if it works
That's a perfectly normal behavior.  Yuki has always done this, even when his food dish was in the living room with us.  He grabs a mouthful and then wanders to wherever he wants to be and then eats it.  You can try moving his food dish to that corner and see if that keeps him still.
